Our client is a family owned and run Mechanical & Electrical engineering services company with industry experience in excess of 50 years.



Key Features Located in Wetherill ParkTemp to Perm position$55 per hour, plus overtime penalty rates12 hour rotating shift roster 6am - 6pm shifts Occasional night shift for shutdownResponsibilities include, but are not limited to Perform mechanical maintenance activities including breakdown, preventive, planned and unscheduled work as well as minor project work to achieve plant up timeTroubleshootingDevelop and maintain detailed knowledge of the production process and plant equipment to ensure breakdowns are reducedAchievement of KPI'sParts orderingComputer maintenance management systems (MEX)Read and understand Mechanical drawings and work ordersSet and operate precision metal cutting and grinding machines to fabricate and repair partsTo be successful in this role Experience as a fitter/machinist with plant machineryMechanical Fitter Trade certificateCurrent yellow card Current working at heights and confined spaces tickets Current first aid certificateCurrent valid drivers licenceAbility to pass a police check and medicalReliable transport to and from siteFriendly and can-do attitudeIf you are interested and meet the requirements please apply now!
