Maintenance Fitter Location: Coopers Plains, Brisbane QLD
Pay: $55+/ph + depending on tickets and experience +OT+SUPER
Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm, Guaranteed 40 hours a week.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform efficient, reliable preventative maintenance.Repair plant equipment to meet production goals.Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly.Prioritize work orders via the MEX system.Maintain equipment logs and records.Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Engineering teams.Achieve pre-determined KPIs.About YouTrade certified in mechanical fitting or related field.Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.Knowledge of extrusion & water process equipment would be ideal.Welding competency (Mig/Tig/Arc).Strong safety practices and CMMS experience (MEX) (Desirable).Have a high attention to detail.Have an excellent work ethic.Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical.Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol testing.Perks of going Perm with VinidexPaid parental leave (26 weeks primary, 4 weeks secondary).Employee Assistance Program for you & your family.Recognition programs and service awards.Career development opportunities locally and globally.DEI-focused environment with council involvement.
