Role DetailsReporting to the Supervisor: Plant Services, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Site Services Team on a day-to-day basis to achieve budgeted production, availability, and compliance on all site facilities and associated infrastructure to meet current and anticipated demand. This role is offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out from Perth.

Comply with OHS & environmental standards & requirements;Evaluate associated risks & hazards of each task prior to the commencement to ensure a safe working environment;Manage the day-to-day activities for the site services team inclusive of contractors ensuring awareness of the tasks, targets, and access to the necessary tools;Ensure the team are applying effective preventative maintenance practices through scheduled inspections, servicing, adjustments, troubleshooting, and timely repair of equipment;Assist with training, development, and coaching of the team to improve individual capability and enhance employee engagement, productivity, and job satisfaction;Improve performance and growth by actively contributing to business & cultural improvement initiatives, encouraging team members to participate & identify barriers;Provide support services with bore field's management, wastewater treatment, and communications facilities;Assist with determining proactive maintenance plans and shutdown programs in disciplined areas of responsibility;Report all safety hazards, environmental hazards, incidents, damage, breakdowns, and potential plant or equipment stoppages to a direct Supervisor or area Supervisor as soon as is practicable including those not directly related to your specific areas of responsibility.About youQualifications and experience required:
