You will work with our close-knit team of skilled services employees, Supervisors and Coordinators that promote a high safety culture and are willing to go the extra mile for each other and the Company.
THE ROLEAs a Mechanical Fitter/Scraper Technician, you will work in our field service department supporting our shutdowns, projects, and maintenance services.
We have casual and rostered positions available.
We are looking for Mechanical Fitters who can meet the following criteria:Trade-qualified with exposure to heavy industry and conveyor maintenance;A strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service;High level communication skills and attention to detail;Willingness to undergo and pass a police check and pre-employment medical;Must be prepared to be flexible in relation to the nature of duties performed;Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic;Confined Spaces ticket;Working at Heights ticket;Gas Test Atmospheres ticket (desirable);High Risk Work Licence including Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging etc.
