Integrated Reliability Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Mechanical Fitterwith a background in Hydraulics to join our staff on a full-time basis.
Duties& responsibilities: Work predominantly out on site, with some tasks completed in our workshop Equipmentand system installation, auditing systems for performance Identification and rectification of defects Act as a Team Leader for largerjobs to drive completion of works New equipment builds within the workshop Pump testing and repairs Train and mentor apprentices and junior staff Qualifications & attributes: Cert IIIin Engineering, Mechanical Trade Cert IV Engineering, Fluid Power (Preferable but not essential) Experience with hydraulics and fluid control (Preferable but not essential) Solid grasp of system troubleshooting, identification, and rectification Ability to supervisecolleagues on site Professional manner when communicating with clients A keen eye for details and pride in your work Benefits on offer: Family friendly business who hold safety, values and ethics above all. $46 - $56/hr for Mechanical Fitter $51 - $62/hr for Hydraulic Fitter Options for FIFO in WA Work Ute and phone provided when onsite Opportunities to move up or around within the business Experienced and supportive management team who listen to and implement your innovations and ideas About us: Established in 2004 as a family business, Integrated Reliability Solutions has grown from strength to strength.
