The site currently produces around 40 million litres of product every year – operating 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment and systems for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance and inspections.Improve workforce productivity by eliminating potential delays by technical support and fault finding of mechanical issues.Coaching and supervising operational persons and contractors on shift.Active participation in delivering small to medium scale projects.Maintain high standards in relation to Safe Work Practices.About youCert III Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitting/Machining) with industrial experience.Broad knowledge of industrial plants and equipment such as lathe and milling machines.Process improvement skills and strategic problem-solving skills.Strong technical focus, with an ability to learn and apply new concepts and continuously improve.Great attitude, reliable and proactive personality.Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
