Mechanical Fitter

We are currently seeking a trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter to join a privately owned and highly successful manufacturer based in Bassendean.
Working on a range of mining vehicles including CAT water trucks, off-road haulage equipment, and mining buckets, you will be provided with on-the-job training and excellent working conditions.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar environment and will be familiar with all aspects of mechanical assembly work.

Key Responsibilities: Working on chassis assembly on various mobile plant equipment including water and service trucks as per company specifications Testing machinery and equipment to ensure that they are working correctly and meeting the required standards Constructing structural components Key Requirements: Mechanical trade qualifications Ability to work well within a team Previous experience in a range of mobile mining fleet Sound mechanical experience and knowledge Hydraulics experience is highly regarded Working Monday to Friday from 6 am – 4 pm, there will be overtime available and continual progression opportunities for the right candidate.
