Key Responsibilities include: Overhaul of underground mining roof supports Inspections and testing of equipment Removal and installation of hydraulic cylinders Produce high quality work with attention to detail Effectively communicate with stakeholders Maintain a high level of safety while following the companies' policies and procedures Ability to work as a team and autonomously MUST be able to commit to the duration of the project The successful applicant must have: Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter Current Drivers Licence and reliable transportation Possess a level of fitness to be able to physically work 12-hour shifts Forklift licence (advantageous) On Offer: A short-term project commencing the end of September Monday to Saturday 6/1 roster Day and afternoon shift available 12-hour days Weekly pay with competitive rates All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidentiality and only successful candidates will be contacted for interview.
