Mechanical Fitter

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Preventive and routine maintenance tasks. Trouble shoot and problem solve to diagnose and repair faults. Lubrication, belt tracking, replacing bearings, chains, belts, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, screw conveyors, etc. Planned shutdown maintenance tasks. Monthly stock taking of spare parts inventory. Task and job reporting in a timely manner. Cleaning of equipment as per maintenance schedules. Repairs to Pneumatic airlines, Hydraulic Systems and componentry. Working cohesively with other trades. Performing changeovers, machine adjustments and mechanical breakdowns. Machining and Welding experience. Your expertise - Our strength To be successful within this role, you will have:
Australian Recognised Trade Certificate Experience in working with PLCS and Scada (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron) At least 5 years post-trade experience in a similar role working with production machinery. Ability to read and interpret engineering and workshop drawings. Going Beyond. Together.
