Position As Hydraulic Technician, you will apply your skills in a workshop purpose built for hydraulic components:
Axial Piston Pumps/MotorsRadial Piston MotorsProportional ValvesActivities will relate to both new components and overhauls:
New builds and conversionsDisassemble and assessRepair and rebuildTest and reportAs a member of a lean, effective and agile team, your work will be conducted in a specifically developed workshop with processes, tools and equipment to complete duties in a safe and efficient manner.
Candidate The successful applicant will have a Mechanical Engineering Trade Certificate - Fitter/Machinist and relevant post trade qualifications with prior experience repairing industrial or mobile hydraulics.
While not a requirement of the role, field service experience will benefit your application.
Attention to detail is a must as all work is to be completed to the highest industry standards.
You will have a willingness to complete a varied range of tasks as components enter and exit the workshop, including cleaning, precision fitting, high pressure testing, painting, and everything in between.
It is essential that you are self-motivated and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritise.
You will have good computer skills and must hold or be willing to obtain a LF Class license for forklift operation.
