The Company is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Mechanical Engineering Technician to join their team in Hughenden QLD 4821.The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:Analyse and assess performance graphs to ensure functionality and diagnosis is in accordance with manufacturing specificationsTest mechanical equipment to ensure proper function and identify faults by organising and supervising inspection and maintenance of machines and plant equipmentDismantle defective machine and components for repairsReassemble machines and equipment following repair, testing operations and make adjustmentsMaintain maintenance records and adhere to work procedures and workplace policiesInstalling equipment, machines, wiring or programs to meet specificationsRepairing, servicing and maintaining a wide variety of equipment and machinerySelecting correct tools and equipment for the assembling and installing of new and modified mechanical assemblies, components, machine, tools and controls and hydraulic power systemsEnsuring works are within specifications and regulations including material costing's, quantities, machine requirements and timeframeSkills and Abilities:Ideally have a Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and or equivalentMinimum of 3 years experience as a Mechanical Engineering TechnicianProfessional, confident and positive approach to workOH&S awarenessSalary range is $70,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experienceFull-time Position availableApplications open 9th December of 2024 and closes on 9th January of 2025.If you are interested in this role APPLY now.
