About The Role:
Our client is looking for a graduate mechanical engineer intern to join their team, with excellent motivation & work ethic for a mechanical design & FEA analysis role.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Collaborate within the team to develop all project designs with the opportunity to provide big picture concept and design ideas.
Produce conceptual design drawings, detailed & accurate 3D models and drawings for manufacture.
Deliver detailed FEA analysis reports, and efficient, cost-effective and sustainable design solutions.
Liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service and work in partnership with them for design decisions.
Requirements:
A degree in mechanical engineering, with a high level of understanding of structural analysis and FEA.
Experience with drafting software with CAD - SolidWorks; 3D/FEA simulation experience an advantage.
High-level written and oral communication skills with the ability to build excellent customer and team relationships.
Adaptability to new systems, strong attention to detail and proven track record to meet deadlines.
A thirst for knowledge and development, with a highly dedicated work ethic.
