Mechanical Engineer

to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for precision engineering and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish work measurement programs, analyze work samples, and develop standards for labor utilization.

Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, operational data, production schedules, and costs to determine optimal worker and equipment efficiencies.

Design mechanical equipment and components for optical disc replication.

Develop manufacturing specifications, including materials, equipment, piping, material flows, plant capacities, and system layouts.

Organize and manage project labor, and coordinate the delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.

Operate optical disc replication machinery and associated production equipment.

Troubleshoot daily operational issues and faults.

Clean, refurbish, and maintain machine parts.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Expertise in designing mechanical components and systems for manufacturing.

Familiarity with optical disc replication technologies (desirable).

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and developing specifications.

Knowledge of production workflows, materials, and labor efficiency.

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and maintain production equipment.
