Mechanical Engineer - Sydney - Circa $140K Plus

My client is a specialist engineering company highly regarded as leaders in 'heavy crane engineering' and the engineering and design of lifting, rigging and materials handling equipment.About You:A Qualified Mechanical Engineer.Chartered Status is mandatory for this role!!!A working knowledge of cranes is preferred, otherwise experience with materials handling equipment for heavy industries.Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience.Highly experienced in Project Management.Capable and experienced with performing FEA and Engineering Calculations.Strong Autocad and other Autodesk programs skills would be viewed favourably.Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.A knowledge of the associated Australian standards.Experience with the Microsoft suite of products.What You Will Be Doing:Designing & reviewing Engineering drawings.Conducting site evaluation visits.Communicating with internal & external stakeholders.Assisting with the coordination of daily engineering activities.Driving projects from concept through to delivery.Ensuring that safe & professional engineering practices are always maintained.Assisting in the sales process.Reporting to the Engineering Manager.The Rewards:On offer is an opportunity to join a highly regarded employer, who is offering a remuneration of circa $140k plus superannuation based on skills and experience.Please submit your resume and cover letter in Microsoft WORD format only.
