We are on the lookout for two dedicated Mechanical Engineers to lead the design and management of our mechanical processes and plant operations. Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analyses of project information, organizational charts, and workflows to optimize operational efficiency and reduce redundancy.
Develop and refine programs measuring work efficiency, setting benchmarks for labour and equipment utilization.
Analyse data on facility layouts, operational processes, production schedules, and costs to maximize efficiency.
Engineer and design mechanical systems, equipment, and components that adhere to sustainability and cost-effectiveness principles.
Define specifications for manufacturing processes, select appropriate materials and equipment, and design system layouts to ensure optimal operation.
Oversee project resources, including the coordination of labor, materials, and equipment delivery, maintaining project timelines and standards.
Implement standards for installation, modification, testing, inspection, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with engineering best practices and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of plant operations to ensure peak performance and compliance with established standards.
Manage the maintenance and updating of plant infrastructure, overseeing new projects, surveys, and maintenance routines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
A strong commitment to environmental conservation and sustainable engineering solutions.
Exceptional project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
Effective leadership and communication skills to oversee diverse teams and projects.
