Your main duties will include but are not limited to the following:Main Duties:Development and troubleshooting of Vision system program for new products.Maintain Food Safety System including FSSC22000 and ISO22000.Develop and improve moulding processes for new and existing products.Improve manufacturing processes by adjusting parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time to ensure high-quality production and cost-effectiveness.Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of IML machinery to reduce downtime and increase production reliability.Maintain and establish standards and policies for quality control, testing, inspection, and safety regulations.Ensure mechanical equipment, machine components, and systems used for product manufacturing are maintained and running as per set guidelines.Analyze work samples and ensure measurement programs are running as per guidelines.Analyze operational data and production schedules and costs to determine optimum equipment efficiencies.Develop specifications for manufacture and determine materials and equipment.Follow through and manage any ad hoc project which may include materials, equipment, or labor.Direct the maintenance of equipment and coordinate the requirements for new maintenance schedules.To be successful in this role you will need:Good interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work as a team member.Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.Demonstrated ability to multi-task.Exposure to IML production lines and Vision systems.Qualifications:Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.Apply:If you satisfy the above, please apply without hesitation outlining why you are suitable.Email a copy of your resume.Please note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
