Qualifications
3+ years
of post-graduate experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on design and drafting.
Proficient in
AutoDesk Inventor Series
programs, including Autodesk Vault.
Experience in
product design and development
in the building industry (HVAC preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident in your engineering expertise, able to make informed, innovative decisions.
Enthusiastic about learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Projects:
Oversee mechanical engineering projects from start to finish. Handle feasibility studies, drafting, cost analysis, and design specs.
Collaborate Globally:
Work with teams across local and global networks. Achieve design excellence and ensure quality.
Innovate with Impact:
Partner with entrepreneurs. Tackle design challenges. Find innovative, sustainable solutions to improve products.
Optimise and Inspire:
Mentor new talent to drive growth. Advance Ignition Chamber's mission and vision.
