We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team for a site-based role.
The Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to oversee and manage our mechanical projects on-site.
This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our engineering projects, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have four to ten years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in a site-based role.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct site inspections and assessments, providing technical guidance and support as needed.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the construction phase.Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and drawings.Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Site-based experience.Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and construction methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate.FIFO roster of 8 days on, 6 days off, or 5 days on 2 days off ex Brisbane.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative team environment.How to Apply: If you are a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on-site, we would love to hear from you!
