Seeking a Full-time Mechanical Engineer for a major farming enterprise in Western Australia. The successful candidate will lead the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and process plant systems. Key responsibilities include planning, designing, and overseeing the assembly and operation of equipment, developing specifications for manufacture, and managing project labour and delivery of materials. Requirements include a relevant degree, proven experience in a similar role, good analytical skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. The company operates a mixed farming enterprise, comprising broadacre cropping, an Angus stud, and a commercial sheep flock, across four farms. The successful candidate will contribute to the company's goal of building a highly sustainable and productive farming enterprise applying regenerative farming techniques.
