As Mechanical Engineer, you will: Contribute to the development of the Property and Buildings group's strategic goals.Represent and promote the business with the local and regional markets.Have the opportunity to mentor and support the development of the junior team; leading by example.Undertake the lead or support a Senior Engineer in the engineering design and documentation on multidisciplinary projects.Communicate effectively with all external (clients, authorities) and internal (colleagues, managers).Deliver best practice and outcomes for clients, saving on costs and time.About You - You're likely to:
Have proven experience working on building services projects; engineering consulting experience is an advantage.Have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree; working towards Chartership is essential.Be able to showcase exposure to local projects that utilize Australian building codes and standards.Have the ability to demonstrate technical excellence from initial tender through to design engineering, cost management, and completion.Have the ability to lead, train, and mentor Graduate engineers and communicate effectively at all levels.Display an understanding and confidence in driving excellent client management experiences.About WSP WSP is one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms, bringing together approximately 6,000 talented people across 15 offices in Australia.
