Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Infrastructure team in Perth is looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work across a variety of different projects in the Rail, Airports, Utilities, and many more.
In a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor role, you will have knowledge in: Develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
Manage contracts across the lifecycle of the project.
Manage the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing parts of the project.
Liaise with our delivery teams to manage the cost and contracts across the full project.
Minimum Requirements: 5+ years plus industry experience Full working rights and be currently living in Western Australia.
A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similar.
Experience in MEP cost management highly desirable.
Pre and post contract knowledge.
Infrastructure experience prerequisite, especially with rail, aviation or utilities.
Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top down cost plans or parametric cost models.
Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation and continued improvement.
Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients.
