They seek a motivated, loyal Design Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
Work in a small, agile team on new product development and production planning.
Design and model parts using OnShape, AutoCAD, SolidWorks alike CAD software; selecting materials and manufacturing processes.
Design tools to support in-house production; prepare and approve engineering drawings.
Conduct simulations, stress testing, and arrange external testing for certification.
Manage product development schedules, arrange prototypes, and communicate with internal and external partners.
What you'll need to succeed
Proficiency in OnShape CAD software for designing and modelling parts.
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, including casting, forging, and CNC machining.
Ability to design tools (jigs and fixtures) and prepare engineering drawings.
Experience with simulation, stress testing, and arranging external product testing.
Strong project management skills, including scheduling, prototyping, and effective communication with internal and external partners.
