The role will be based in our  Mechanical Engineering Division of JJR Engineering  where we manufacture special purpose vehicles and technical equipment for use in the waste, transport, recyclables, and environmental industries.  Our Mechanical Engineering team is highly valued and functions as an essential foundation of our fleet and wider business.  With the autonomy to freely apply your technical aptitude and creative flair, this opportunity will see you collaborating with Engineers and hands-on workshop personnel.  You'll benefit from a range activities and opportunities to diversify your skills, including R&D projects, product design support, mobile & stationary equipment design, and support for business-wide mechanical operations.  Ongoing engagement with external stakeholders, suppliers, and customers, will see you also building relationships, managing workflows, and offering technical guidance.  We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
This position is a full-time, permanent role (Monday to Thursday), based at our site in Yatala.
