This is a newly created full time and permanent opportunity.This role will report into the business's Head of Engineering and be a key driver in developing, implementing and executing product manufacturing processes.To be successful in this role you will ensure the company has strong manufacturing compliance and improves its production efficiencies to allow for a safe working environment that effectively produces a quality product for its customers.What you will be responsible for:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in relation to design and improvements with manufacturing processes.Assist with the implementation of manufacturing practices to improve safety, quality, and productivity.Develop and maintain documentation for all production processes, including bill of materials, amongst several other documentations.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and ISO 9001 requirements.Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and tools to improve production capabilities.What you will bring:Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or similar fields.Proven experience in manufacturing engineering roles, including developing and improving process and production efficiencies.Expertise in project management, cost analysis, scheduling, and BOM development.Shown experience in quality assurance and supply chain management to ensure products are compliant and workplaces are safe.Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse internal and external stakeholders.Apply Today!We look forward to sharing more with you about this fantastic organisation and opportunity.
