BOSS is seeking expressions of interest for a qualified tradesman (Mechanic or fitter) to join their BOSS Built team in a new location in Tamworth. This job is also suited to an individual with extensive (2+ years) of accessory fitting.
This is an excellent opportunity suited to an individual who is willing to learn all areas of assembling and fitting BOSS ute trays.
Responsibilities:Assembling Ute Trays, trailers, tool boxes, headboards and other components associated with the BOSS Built division.Fitting ute trays and all associated parts to vehicles.Undertaking basic electrical tasks, including fitting wiring harnesses, switches and lighting.Maintaining attention to detail and pride in the product produced.Gaining a sound knowledge of the business products, operations, and desired outcomes.Working positively under pressure.Demonstrating competent computer and technological skills.Exhibiting time management and prioritizing skills.Maintaining a professional & courteous personal manner.Ensuring a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.Other duties as required.Qualifications:Willing and eager to learn all areas of BOSS ute trays.Trade qualified or have relevant experience.Contributing positively and regularly to the team and work environment.Ability to adapt to change and achieve outcomes in a timely manner.Willingness to work flexible hours driven by workload and deadlines.Able to work in a team, but also autonomously.Desirable:Forklift license.This is a hands-on role with copious opportunities to develop and learn.
