About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Mechanic to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team to undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose damaged suspension parts and mechanical componentsDismantle and fit new mechanical and suspension partsQuality control and inspection of vehiclesTest driving vehicles to ensure they meet quality repair standardsPerform wheel alignmentsCarry out system updates to diagnostic computers and wheel alignment computers when necessaryLabel parts and storeCheck new parts are correct and undamagedPerform any adaptations based on completed diagnosesClean work bay and workshop areasAbout You: Experience and training as a qualified Mechanic (essential)Strong commitment to safetyDesire to grow and build skillsGood attitude, with excellent communication skillsHigh attention to detail and process drivenDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your approach to workWe are leaders in the repair industry and offer: Team environmentOngoing trainingCareer opportunityLatest tools, equipment and processGreat opportunity to earn big $$$ for competent and efficient tradespeopleJunior-Mid experienced tradesperson $60-$80kMid-Senior tradesperson $80k-$100kAnnual salary and the opportunity to earn a production bonusNo matter who you are, if you have the drive and talent to progress, when you're part of our Team, you're going places - APPLY NOW.
