About The Opportunity As the Leading Hand, you will play a pivotal role in the workshop, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include Training and mentoring apprentices, fostering their technical skills and confidence Working closely with the Service Advisor to ensure timely and high-quality repairs Aiming to achieve workshop KPIs and quality assurance targets consistently Optimising job allocation and workflow to maximise productivity Maintaining the safety, security, and presentation of all vehicles About You The successful candidate will have:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a mechanic Leadership skills and/or management experience Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail Roadworthy Certification and Experience (Highly regarded) Certificate III In Light Vehicle or Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology What's in it for You?
