Great annual wage $140,000+ plus super per annum

Team Global Express are seeking Trade Qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanics in our modern workshop at Karawatha, Brisbane. Working a lifestyle balanced 2 and 1 roster (2 weeks on - 1 week off) from a metro location with all the benefits.
As a qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic, you will bring your extensive experience in servicing and repairs to our fleet, vehicles the team maintain include: Mercedes Benz, Kenworth, Volvo, Isuzu, Fuso, Hino and Freightliner and Multiple trailer Manufacturers.
Benefits of this role: Long term employment Over market competitive hourly rate A friendly team based working environment Supportive and collaborative management Supplied and Laundered uniforms Modern workshops with diagnostic equipment Develop your career with a variety of training and development options, both in house and through our suppliers You will be responsible for: Diagnosis, repair and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, diesel systems, auto electrical, air conditioning and hydraulic repairs in accordance with requirements detailed on job cards All general servicing tasks Coaching, mentoring, training of Apprentices, Trades Assistants, Work Experience etc. To maintain quality and urgency in the work performed Operate in compliance to the NHVAS scheme Always Maintain a high degree of safety and in-line with HSE policies + procedures To be successful in this role you will have: Proven experience in a similar role Ability to work a 2 and 1 rotating roster to facilitate our 24/7 workshop operation Possess a Trade Qualification as a Heavy vehicle Diesel Mechanic minimum certificate (III) Demonstrated ability working within a fast-paced environment Good written and verbal communication skills Be a team player, open and honest who consistently delivers an exceptional customer service experience Hold a flexible approach to business commitments We believe nurturing a diverse and inclusive workplace, which celebrates different points of view and gives everyone the chance to contribute, as we build to a bigger and brighter future.
