About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Mechanic to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team to undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose damaged suspension parts and mechanical components.Dismantle and fit new mechanical and suspension parts.Quality control and inspection of vehicles.Test drive vehicles to ensure they meet quality repair standards.Perform wheel alignments.Carry out system updates to diagnostic and wheel alignment computers when necessary.Label parts and store them appropriately.Check that new parts are correct and undamaged.Perform any adaptations based on completed diagnoses.Clean work bay and workshop areas.About You: Experience and training as a qualified Mechanic (essential).Strong commitment to safety.Desire to grow and build skills.Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.High attention to detail and process-driven.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work.We are leaders in the repair industry and offer: Team environment.Ongoing training.Career opportunities.Latest tools, equipment, and processes.Great opportunity to earn big $$$ for competent and efficient tradespeople.Junior-Mid experienced tradesperson: $60-$80k.Mid-Senior tradesperson: $80k-$100k.Annual salary and the opportunity to earn a production bonus.No matter who you are, if you have the drive and talent to progress, when you're part of our team, you're going places - APPLY NOW.
