Exciting traineeship opportunity with West End Motor Group West End Motor Group is Australia's oldest independently owned and operated Mazda Dealership having been established and continually operating in North Parramatta since 1963.
An opportunity has recently become available for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our Isuzu UTE / GWM Service team in North Parramatta.

Any previous automotive industry experience or knowledge will be highly regarded, however we are offering full training and support to the successful candidate.
This is an important position within our service department and you will be responsible for : Making bookings for customers over the phone.
Answering queries (technical and general) from customers.
Coordinating daily service appointments.
Liaising face to face with customers.
Liaising with workshop and Spare Parts team members.
Providing timely follow ups to customers.
Building ongoing professional relationships with customers.
This is a full time position working 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday), however you will be required to work some Saturdays each month.
In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration package (including commission).
