Mechanic, Automotive Parts, Maintenance & Repair - Pb31 Auto

PB31 Auto, based in Truganina, VIC have a vacancy for skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibility: Employee will be responsible for test, repair and maintaining the motor vehicle engines and other mechanical parts of a motor vehicle.
Tasks: • Use tools and manually check vehicles to detect and diagnose faults in motor vehicle parts and engines.
• Check motor vehicle parts for road worthiness and replacement.
• Repair and replace worn out parts in motor vehicles.
• Dismantle and remove engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and mechanical components during motor vehicle repairs.
Then reassemble those mechanical components while referring to service manuals.
• Performing maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrication, and engine tune-ups.
• Testing and adjusting mechanical parts after repair or for proper functioning.
• Diagnose and testing parts of motor vehicle using computers and also through manual checks.
• Inspect vehicles for roadworthiness certificates or issue detailed statement for the work required to deem vehicle appropriate for roadworthiness.
Requirements: • At least 1-2 years of experience in the same role • AQF Certificate III in relevant field with 2 years' experience or Certificate IV.
• You must have proper full working rights in Australia.
Salary : $73000 – 80,000 + Superannuation Only eligible or shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
