About the Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service specialist to join our Isuzu & Subaru dealership team on a full-time basis in the beautiful river based Echuca.
As a Service Manager, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills & an outgoing personality.
You will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to your team as well as hands-on operations with our customers in scheduling and planning their servicing needs.
Responsibilities: Being the first point of contact for our customers to assist in determining their requirements.
Scheduling of customers vehicles for servicing and repairs.
Suitable explanation of vehicle diagnosis with our customers.
Quotation of repair jobs including liaising with customers to ensure they receive the best possible Customer Service experience.
Management of department OHS safety requirements.
Liaising with OEM ensuring compliance to systems & our operations to our business partners.
Handling warranty submission and workflow.
Development of department excellence, including scheduling staff training and development.
Fostering a high-performance culture within the dealership.
Direct strategic planning with dealer principal.
Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI/NPS targets.
Requirements for the role: Experience in a similar role within a Retail Automotive Service Department.
Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills.
Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
Sound automotive technical knowledge.
Punctual, reliable with an ability to foster team culture.
Have a professional attitude, with strong time management skills.
Current driver's licence.
Be able to thrive & work in a team environment.
Demonstrate care and attention to detail.
Have the right to work in Australia with residency entitlements.
