An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Northbridge Service Team.
You will be a guest facing representative of our Dealership for all matters relating to car service and car maintenance.
This is a Full Time Permanent Role, Monday - Friday 7:15am - 5:15pm with an attractive remuneration package; base & commission.

How you will make an impact : Meet and greet customers while ensuring they are attended to with positivity and professionalism.
Listening to customers, asking questions, qualifying concerns, and documenting issues for our technicians to review.
Ensuring repair orders are correct and complete with customer and vehicle details.
Providing customer support via phone, email and face to face.
Tracking vehicle progress, ensuring cars are completed on time and keeping customers informed.
Process and explain documentation and receipt payments.
Supporting and educating customers in the servicing and maintenance of their vehicle.
