The Role: To oversee the running of the workshop, ensuring technicians & apprentices are efficiently conducting required vehicle servicing in an acceptable manner.  Plan, supervise, mentor as you work together to deliver a workshop that provides great service in a safe environment. We are seeking: Extensive experience within the heavy vehicle sector Trade qualified Diesel Mechanics Leadership skills Desire to deliver quality workmanship & maintain solid customer relationships Ability to communicate well amongst peers Understand the importance of health & safety and can replicate safety measures throughout the workshop.
