This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce management while providing vital support to our store teams.
The Role You Could Play: Administer workforce management processes via UKG and Workday, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution.
Provide Level 1 support for operational and workforce planning issues via Jira.
Ensure job change processes are completed on time and schedules align across systems.
Maintain data integrity, monitor integration issues, and assist with system audits and updates.
Support the deployment of application/configuration changes, including testing and updates.
Contribute to the documentation of training resources and support guides for store teams.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and team experience.
What You Will Bring: High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Previous retail experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.
Experience with UKG and Workday is highly desirable but not essential.
