We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Specialist to join our incredible Marketing team.
The Role You Could Play
As the Paid Media Specialist, you will work alongside the digital marketing and eCommerce teams, partnering with our platforms to lead the planning, optimisation, and reporting of paid performance campaigns.
This role will manage performance activity for BAU, loyalty, signature line, stockist and monthly marketing campaigns, with the primary goal of driving revenue and maximising ROI across Paid Social channels.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing and implementing Paid Social strategy across BAU, loyalty, signature line, stockist and monthly marketing campaigns to achieve our commercial objectives.
Drive performance with publishers to implement, optimize and report on Paid Social campaigns.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximise return, monitor budget pacing across Paid Social channels and support with invoicing.
Lead test and learn initiatives to enhance campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat.
Partner with the wider Digital Marketing team to align on full funnel strategy and ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned.
Partner with the eCommerce team to identify trading opportunities that can be amplified across Paid Social channels.
Work closely with Digital Customer Engagement teams to optimise audience strategies.
Collaborate with content and design teams to produce assets that are in line with performance best practice and fit for social channels.
Act as a stakeholder for internal reporting and support the progress and delivery of ad tech and data projects.
Analyse in-platform and GA4 performance and present findings to internal stakeholders to inform future strategies.
Manage Commerce Manager across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat and work closely with partner feed agency to troubleshoot and optimise the product feed.
What You Will Bring
You will have 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a solid understanding of performance marketing channels, ideally in a retail, agency or consumer focused environment.
You will also thrive working in fast paced and dynamic environments and can focus on priorities in the face of pressure and easily adapt when things don't go according to plan.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated results in managing and scaling performance across Paid Social channels The ability to analyse performance of all paid media channels together strategically and communicate results back to internal stakeholders Experience collaborating with brands and/or partner agencies to achieve strategic goals Proficient with Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat Ads Manager and Google Analytics Experience with Google Ads/SA360 desirable but not essential.
