One of the most respected FMCG businesses within Australia.
Due to the business's growth, I am currently recruiting a Meat Floor Lead to join our client's night shift team in a newly created, full-time position.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations and ensuring compliance with food safety.

The Hours
This role will be 3pm - 1am Monday to Thursday.

The Pay
This role is paying $85,000 plus super.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
Supervise and coordinate floor operations to meet daily production targets.
Ensure compliance with all quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team, fostering a safe and productive environment.
Monitor workflow and optimize processes to enhance productivity.
Your Background
To be considered for this role, you should have:
Experience in FMCG as a Meat Floor Supervisor.
Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and hygiene standards.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
