Reporting directly to the Meat Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the management of a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes, and much more!
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate: Possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential)Ability to lead and manage a teamAbility to order and control costsAn understanding of gross profit calculationsPassion and enthusiasm, with a very hands-on approachUnparalleled commitment to customer serviceExcellent communication skillsAbility to liaise with both team members and managementA flair for merchandisingStrong leadership and delegation skillsAbility to coach, train and performance manage teamsCommitment to work health and safety standardsIf this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you!
