Meals and Transport Manager - Aged and Community CareThe position is accountable for ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with standards and legislation, operational performance, and financial sustainability. This role provides critical leadership across a large and geographically dispersed workforce of staff and volunteers.
What you will bring Proven track record as an effective leader, supporting and building positive and constructive relationships and accountability within teams of both paid and unpaid workforce.Demonstrated commitment to developing and leading continuous improvement activities in fast-paced operating environments. You will be someone who embraces change and innovation.A deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by older adults and a passion for enhancing their wellbeing through considered supports.A history of leading a KPI driven community program to deliver increased outputs while maintaining service quality.Strong operational management skills, including the ability to bring together a remote team to improve performance and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.A current Drivers Licence.Why work with us?
