Meals and Transport Manager - Aged and Community CareThe position is accountable for ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with standards and legislation, operational performance, and financial sustainability. This role provides critical leadership across a large and geographically dispersed workforce of staff and volunteers.What you will bringProven track record as an effective leader, supporting and building positive and constructive relationships and accountability within teams of both paid and unpaid workforce.Demonstrated commitment to developing and leading continuous improvement activities in fast-paced operating environments.
