Position Overview
The Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Meeting Coordinator is responsible for working closely with Our Radiologist and Specialist Referrers to organise, facilitate and coordinate Queensland X-Ray MDT meetings across our Hospital Sites.
  
Key Responsibilities Provision of technical assistance and the operation of visual display equipment and video conferencing links, the utilisation of radiology platforms to transfer radiology images and study tagging these images To organise, facilitate and coordinate attendance at MDT's at QXR locations as required, including online To provide a high level of service to our referring Specialists and our Radiologists To maintain records of the key outcomes of each MDT meeting To maintain and update the MDT calendar for transparency across the team To maintain administrative documentation to a high level To be flexible in terms of working hours Essential Skills Genuine passion for patient care Minimum 2 years in a healthcare (preferably Hospital) setting Exceptional attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills Strong computer skills and confident with IT and AV equipment Ability to work well within a close knit team in a fast-paced environment.
