Your responsibilities will include: Foster Student Success: Ensure medical students excel by providing mentorship and pastoral care during their research projects or scholarly activities.Enable High-Quality Supervision: Engage and support hospital staff supervising student research, ensuring an enriching learning experience.Build Collaborative Relationships: Liaise with potential and current supervisors to facilitate effective research and scholarly activity supervision.You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced educator passionate about nurturing the next generation of rural medical professionals through research and scholarly activities.
