Increasingly, having a strong US business is critical for success in the Australian market. This is especially the case across certain industry sectors, or in strategies that are targeting cross border traffic and the flow from PE to strategic buyers or larger PE buyers offshore.
Our client has an outstanding US business (as well as other locations around the globe) and an established franchise in Australia. They successfully integrate into the global machine when it comes to sector connectivity, content and track record. The local business is busy, profitable and looking to grow further, with a senior hire to cover industrials / business services.
We are looking to speak with M&A advisors or bankers, with proven capability to win business in the Australian market across industrials (admittedly, a catchall for a large number of subsectors), ideally with exposure to business services.
