Description McPherson's is seeking a dynamic Customer Advocacy and Education Manager to lead the development and execution of communication strategies that will strengthen the endorsement of our Vitamin and Skincare products. In this role, you will work closely with Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, and Health Channel professionals, including Naturopaths, to drive product recommendations and elevate our brand's presence in the market.

Key Accountabilities:
Develop long-term strategies to drive endorsement of our Vitamin and Skincare products by Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, and Naturopaths, aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with insights to create effective professional marketing strategies. Differentiate our portfolio through professional marketing plans to increase recommendations. Set and monitor goals, budgets, and KPIs for marketing campaigns, adjusting as needed. Implement CRM strategies to build and retain professional loyalty. Manage budgets to maximise ROI. Create brand training materials for consumers, customers, sales teams, and professionals. Design training initiatives to ensure employees understand brand value and product features, enabling effective communication. About You:
Strategic marketing professional who is extremely passionate about their work. Proven experience in developing and executing professional marketing strategies. Skilled in driving endorsement of health products by Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, and Naturopaths. Ability to collaborate with insights teams to shape effective marketing plans. Strong experience in differentiating product portfolios in competitive markets. Expertise in managing budgets, setting KPIs, and tracking campaign performance for maximum ROI.
