We're seeking an experienced and strategic National Transport Manager to oversee our Transport Business Service and contribute to the company's continued success.
About the Role Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute transport strategies that align with company objectives, enhance our operational efficiency, and support market expansion. Asset Management: Oversee fleet modernisation and the integration of new technologies to optimise safety and performance. Safety and Compliance: Drive adherence to WHSEQ standards and transport regulations, embedding a strong safety culture across the business. Sustainability and Innovation: Implement sustainable transport practices, exploring innovative solutions and eco-friendly technologies. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, establish KPIs, and lead financial planning to deliver cost-effective transport operations. Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team culture, focusing on development, training, and succession planning. About You: Proven success in transport management, ideally within the construction or a related industry. Strong understanding of WHSEQ principles and NHVR compliance. Leadership experience managing diverse teams and large-scale fleets. Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and operational optimisation.
