As a Virtual Care Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting our aged care clients in their own homes, to participate in virtual healthcare services, empowering them to live independent, healthy lives.

Essential Skills What We're Looking For Strong communication skills to engage and support clients during telehealth consultations. Technological proficiency with smartphones, iPads, and other digital tools, or a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team. Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle. Empathy, with a caring and cheerful attitude towards others. Physical fitness to assist with manual tasks and stand or sit for extended periods. Organisational skills to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Qualifications Qualified Home Care Employee - Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent. Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain). Unrestricted Australian Driver's License and vehicle registration. Desirable Previous experience in telehealth or allied health settings. Experience working alongside Registered Nurses and allied health professionals. Knowledge of allied health terminology.
