About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about Aged Care and Nursing? Then this is the role for you. We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, with penalty rates in play.
We currently have AM, PM and ND hours available, current Shift times available:
0700-1500
1500-2300
2300-0700
Successful candidates also have the ability to pick up additional shifts to cover planned and unplanned leave.
The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:
Providing and monitoring the care of residents Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team To be successful, you will have
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge) Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Complete a police check Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season) Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth Benefits
