We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Projects Team in Brisbane . This role is responsible for the administration of contracts by conducting basic reviews with support and guidance from the Project Manager. The role also undertakes a range of administrative tasks, including completing financials, maintaining project permits and documentation, providing project completion documents for clients, and coordinating activities to ensure the project objectives, scope, budget, quality, and schedule are met or exceeded.
The Senior Project Coordinator also provides leadership, guidance, and support to junior project coordinators and ensures compliance with all relevant policies, standards, and regulations. This role will report to the Senior Project Manager .
Successful applicants must have:
5 years of experience in coordinating commercial construction projects. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Construction White Card or the ability to attain. First Aid Certificate Level 2 or the ability to attain. Certificate III in Workplace Health and Safety or the ability to attain. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong financial, commercial, and contractual acumen and analytical skills. High attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and other relevant software applications. A current driver's license and the ability to travel as required. Experience with Procore, Buildlogic or similar Project Management Systems is preferred.
