Key Responsibilities Drive Council's Long Term Strategic Vision Provide inspirational and authentic leadership Foster a workplace culture that reflects the Council's vision and values Deliver outstanding outcomes for the community Build and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders Provide direction and visionary leadership to multidisciplinary teams Serve as the first point of contact for strategic advice Goulburn Mulwaree Council is a local government area in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, encompassing Goulburn, Marulan, Tarago, Towrang, and other villages. The Council spans 3,223 square kilometres and serves a population of 30,852.
The successful candidate will possess an appropriate tertiary qualification, a proven track record working within complex service delivery environments, excellent financial acumen, and highly developed communication skills in a local government setting.
