Based at our Gladstone branch, your role will be to transport Specialised Dangerous Goods from our customers manufacturing plants to their onsite storage facilities across various mine sites in Northern Qld. As an operator responsible for the transportation of Explosives for Toll, you will have access to our industry leading wellness program, in house training and employee benefits program.
Your responsibilities will include: Operating MC vehicles, from B-Doubles up to A-B Triple combinations to transport Security Sensitive DGs throughout Queensland. Championing safe work practices and complying with all aspects of the regulated transportation of Security Sensitive DG's. Ensuring the compliance of vehicles, you will be operating. Loading and unloading in a safe, secure, and timely manner; ensuring all paperwork is accurate. Present a professional image at work regarding personal and vehicle presentation. Why this role? A current MC Licence and DG Licence; Queensland Explosives Security Clearance (QESC) and Explosives Drivers Licence (EDL) highly desirable. Don't have a QESC or EDL, that's okay we will train you. A can-do attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills. Willingness to be part of a Team. Additional information: To be considered, applicants must be able to obtain a Queensland Explosives Security Clearance.
